Mandy Elrod is a graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School. In high school she was a competitive gymnast for the Kent YWCA. She competed her freshman year at Kent State before transferring and ultimately graduating from The Ohio State University. She holds a bachelor's degree in Education with an emphasis in Fitness and Leisure Management. Mandy is certified in CPR, First Aid, Safe Sport, USA Gymnastics Safety Certified and holds a Kids Yoga Certification from the Yoga Institute.
