Miss Kasey started dancing at the age of three. This will be Miss Kasey’s 20th year at All About Dance! By Kristen. She has taken Cecchetti ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, pointe, acro-gymnastics, and JLT. Miss Kasey participated as an AADbK Student Assistant for four years, an Instructing Assistant for four yeras, and as a member of the AADbK intensive competition team for three years. Miss Kasey also took part in the Cecchetti Ballet program where she achieved her Grade 5 certificate. She also had the honor to be part of the Cecchetti Council of Ohio Ballet Company for the 2017-2018 season.
Miss Kasey is a 2018 graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School where she participated in the Journalism, HAPPY, and the Early Childhood Program through the Six District Compact. Miss Kasey graduated this spring from Kent State University with a degree in Middle Childhood Education, concentrating in Language Arts and Social Studies. During her time at Kent State, she was a member of Tri Sigma Sorority where she also served as their Treasurer and March of Dimes Chair.
When Miss Kasey is not dancing, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her Silver Lab, Arlo. Miss Kasey loves teaching at All About Dance! by Kristen because of the atmosphere of the classes and the enthusiasm of both the students and the staff. She also enjoys helping children reach their goals and watching them find their love for dance.
